The creator’s home-made spot welder, built from a microwave-oven transformer, was too bulky to carry around; today a portable spot welder arrived, and it is very light. Opening the shipping carton reveals a long black AWithZ box (H1 label), nicely packaged; the black cylindrical body sits well in the hand, with a Type-C charging port on one end and a power switch; the box also holds a charging cable, nickel strip, welding pins and a manual. He will try it out tomorrow.
