Lithium batteries, spot welder — I recommend this one, compact and powerful

Bought another good thing: open it up — a unit, a charging cable, nickel tabs, a manual (LCD screen etc.); first time using one and haven’t studied it, probably works straight away; happens to have a few cells to try; how do you power it on? Wrong key — but it’s on; auto, preheat; press once to try; a small spark just now; try again, now it works, welds very solid; you don’t buy a machine expecting miracles, at minimum the welds must hold; operation is really simple; found that nothing else needs adjusting, only the gear: for thin tabs start at gear 1, if 1 doesn’t hold go to 2 and keep stepping up, don’t open at gear 10 and hammer away or you’ll easily punch through, get used to it slowly; the machine boots at gear 7 and welding always felt off; set to 3 and it’s very good, 3 suits me; it’s decent, and because it’s small you could use it at a street stall; more research when there’s time. 80 comments: lithium welder (yes); how much (¥100-something); can it weld wires (no); battery ran out before 10 cells were done, 0.2 thickness no good (4); a microwave transformer build gives far more current; can it weld 0.7–1.2 dental steel wire; I bought one and it was no good / get the bigger-capacity one.
