P120D industrial energy-storage welder
69.2kW output, welds up to 2.0mm — for prismatic Al-to-Ni and continuous line work.

P120D targets industrial batch production, prismatic cells and extreme thickness: 4×3000F supercapacitors weld continuously without heat, fire or explosion, with 10×+ lifespan; 999 levels plus six core parameters (preheat 0–5ms, interval 1–20ms, trigger 0.5–5.0s, repeat 1–3) give thousands of fine settings; a 90° folding hidden handle and strong cooling let you carry it one-handed.
Comes with a professional alumina-copper welding pen (60cm, replaceable pins), AC 100–240V input, 10.5V output.
32 welder patents, granted in 10+ countries.

Highlights
No refurbished or secondhand capacitors; continuous welding without heat, fire or explosion, and 10× lifespan.
Ni-plated/steel 2.0mm, copper 0.5mm, aluminum 0.6mm; 6.0mm steel butt-weld, 0.37mm copper sandwich stack-weld, prismatic Al-to-Ni / Al-to-Cu.
Mode (manual/auto) · level · preheat · interval · trigger time · repeat — six dimensions combine into tens of thousands of output profiles, so thin sheets don't burn through and thick stock doesn't cold-weld.
No segment display — the interaction of a truly professional welder.

How thick can it weld
Lab maximums; results vary with material batch and conditions, so test on scrap first.
Putting everything into every welder, so it is worthy of the people who use it — that is AWithZ's baseline.
