No weld after power-on, or welds turn black — what to do?
First make sure the pins are pressed firmly and the surface is clean; start low and step up — 0.1–0.15mm Ni-plated steel usually needs only a low-to-mid level. Look up settings by cell model × material in the WeldWorld parameter lookup.
HF7 最多能焊多厚?
官方实验室最大值:镀镍钢带 0.35mm,纯镍带 0.3mm,紫铜带 0.2mm,不锈钢带 0.35mm,铁片 0.35mm。不同材料批次与环境有差异,先在废料上试焊。
How often do I change the pins, and how?
Pins are consumables — dress or replace them when welds enlarge, spark often or blacken noticeably; see the manual's pin-change section and the Academy videos for steps.
How do I store it long-term?
Supercapacitor models need no charge maintenance — store them dry at room temperature; on next use, plug in for about 10 seconds to recharge.
